Our family home is available this summer for the full month of August through Labor Day for $13,000 plus security ($2000) and utilities ($1000) which are returned after use. Our home is family oriented with a large deck out back including BBQ, table & chairs, fabulous outdoor shower, and a large fully fenced in yard with a grassy front lawn for safe family fun. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with ½ bath en suite, Dish TV & AC. There is a second bedroom with twin beds and Dish TV-VCR-DVD and AC, and the 3rd bedroom has a single bed with a VCR TV. The living-room has a pullout couch for visitors. There are fans throughout the house. As the house is really a home it is fully stocked with everything – from clothing washing & drying machines, dishwasher, coffee machine, blenders, microwave to cheese graters, muffin tins and exotic herbs & spices for great cooking experiences. In addition we offer beach chairs, bycyles, sand toys and a child’s booster chair. Ocean Beach with its restaurants, movie theatre,grocery shops, arcade and other shops is the place to spend your valuable summer vacation and THIS is the house for your family!
